Terms of Service
By using this website or calling the number on it, you agree to these terms.
The service
Denton Apex Plumbing operates a phone line that connects callers in Denton County with independent, licensed plumbing professionals. Calls may be answered by a service partner. The provider who performs the work is responsible for that work, and sets the pricing, scheduling and any warranty.
Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the provider who performs it. Ask for the provider's license number, written estimate and warranty terms before work begins.
Information on this website
The articles and guides on this site are general information, not professional advice for your specific situation. Plumbing conditions vary from home to home, and a licensed plumber should assess your system before any repair.
Safety guidance on this site, such as shutting off water or leaving a home when you smell gas, is general. In an emergency involving gas, fire or risk to life, call 911 or your gas utility first.
We try to keep information accurate and current, including references to codes such as the 2021 International Plumbing Code (IPC) adopted by the City of Denton, and to utilities and local rules, but these change. Confirm requirements with the relevant city, utility or agency.
Pricing and estimates
Free estimates apply to non-emergency work. Emergency work is priced by the provider before it begins. Prices shown or discussed on this site, if any, are general and not a quote.
Limits of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Denton Apex Plumbing is not liable for damages arising from use of this website or from work performed by independent providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update them, and the effective date above shows the latest version.
